Every business has a few, and they are rarely where the owner is looking. This usually takes ten to fifteen minutes. What happens here

Start talking. Dantes asks what a good strategist would ask and thinks out loud with you about where the levers are in your business. Within a day you get a written growth plan: your levers, where AI moves them, and what to start with. Dantes drafts it. Dan Ripoll, who built Dantes, reads every line and checks every number before it goes out. Then 30 minutes with Dan to argue with it. All of that is free.

If one lever is worth pulling, there is the First Lever: 30 to 45 days on one workflow. Baseline measured first, the number agreed before we start, and half the fee due only if we hit it. You keep everything we build.

Nothing is owed until you have read the plan, talked it through, and chosen one number to move. If we miss that number, you keep the work and owe nothing more.

Is Dantes really an AI?

Yes. It was built by Dan Ripoll, a three-time founder and former hedge fund co-founder, first as a trading platform with one unbreakable rule: never make up a number. That rule holds here. Dan reads every conversation and signs off on every plan.

Who is this for?

Owner-run businesses, roughly $5M to $100M in revenue, that know AI matters and have not had the time to do anything serious about it. Not startups, not companies with an innovation team.

What does it cost?

The conversation, the plan and the call are free. The First Lever is a fixed fee with half of it at risk. After that, a monthly retainer if you want the work to continue, which you can stop any time.

What results should I expect?

Dantes will not quote a result it has not measured. The plan estimates your upside and labels it an estimate. The pilot measures your baseline before anything changes, so when the number moves, we both know it moved.

What happens to what I tell it?
